apartment lies on the Monte Argentario peninsula on the Tyrrhenian
Sea, near Porto S.Stefano.
It is on the lower level of a villa located at 100 m of altitude
within view of the sea and surrounded by a 2500 mē private garden
with olive trees, pines, cypresses and fruit trees.
The flat is 1.5 Km from the sea and 4 Km from Porto S. Stefano,
a picturesque fishing port, where you can find shops, supermarkets,
banks, restaurants and cafés. From there you can travel
comfortably by ferry to Giglio and Giannutri islands and the
other surrounding islands of the Tuscan archipelago also as
day trips. A few kilometers out there is Porto Ercole, charming
village with nightclubs and Orbetello in the homonym lagoon,
WWF Oasis. |

It is furnished with a sofa bed, an easy chair, an extendable
table and chairs, TV with satellite decoder.
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and ceiling fan. The
bathroom has a spacious shower and bidet. In the garden there
is a small pool with a sun terrace,
where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea including the
gulf of Talamone, Elba Island and the natural park of Uccellina
which stretches along the coast. In the garden a
panoramic corner with table and chairs is reserved to
the guests. In addition, there is a shaded
parking area for a car. |
