Tinaia, built in the second mid 1700's, lies on a hill just
8 km from Florence and two from Firenze-Certosa Highway exit
and from the speedway to Siena. This strategic location allow
you to easily reach the beauties of Chianti and many other tourist
resorts. Recently restored is furnished with ancient furniture
and equipped with all conveniences. Guest can relax in the private
swimming pool (12x7 m) situated in the garden. The estate includes
3 hectares of land, with many species of trees, 800 olive trees
and 40 variety of roses. Offers an impressive view on the hills
overlooking Florence, the Cathedral, the Charterhouse and town
of Impruneta. |

with wash-tub and washing machine and to the sleeping area:
3 double bedrooms each with independent bathroom, ceiling fan
and split beds. Two bathrooms are furnished with comfortable
showers, the third with tub/shower. On the outside are available
garden furniture and barbecue. |
